ASTM A53 seamless and welded steel pipe is a general, all-purpose pipe. Designed for coiling, bending, and flanging, A53 carbon steel pipe is suitable for welding. The grades denote certain chemical and mechanical properties and should be noted in the selection.
Stainless steel 310/310S is an austenitic heat resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation under mildly cyclic conditions through 2000°F. Stainless 310 is often used at cryogenic temperatures, with excellent toughness to -450°F, and low magnetic permeability.
Characteristics of galvanized seamless pipe
Light weight, easy to handle
Because the galvanized seamless pipe itself is relatively light, the daily transportation and construction are very simple, which can save a lot of time and cost.
Good corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of seamless steel pipes is very good. They are resistant to acid, alkali, salt and atmospheric environment. Moreover, it is resistant to high temperature and impact, and does not need regular maintenance.
Good physical and chemical properties
Galvanized seamless pipe has very good physical and chemical properties, its tensile strength is more than 8 times stronger than ordinary steel, and its elastic modulus is also better than ordinary steel. Moreover, it also has good mechanical capabilities and is very easy for daily processing. Long term use will not deform, anti-static ability is good.
ASTM A333 is the standard specification for seamless and welded carbon and alloy steel pipe for low temperature service or other applications requiring notch toughness. There are several grades of ferritic steel covered by this standard: Grade, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10 and Grade 11.
Stainless Steel 321 has similar composition to 304 Stainless Steels but with addition of Titanium. This alloy has excellent resistance to corrosion and is also ideal for high temperature environments.
Hot dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron substrate to produce alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating can be combined. Hot galvanizing refers to pickling the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the steel pipe surface, after pickling, the steel pipe is cleaned in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed ammonium chloride and zinc chloride aqueous solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of even coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
201/201LN stainless steel is an austenitic steel. Its primary alloying elements are chromium, nickel, and magnesium. It shows excellent toughness at lower temperatures and is purposed across industries for use in appliances, restaurant equipment, sinks, automotive trim, and more.
ASTM A519 Carbon Steel Square Tube
ASTM A519 Grade MTX1020 Carbon Steel Seamless Tubings are Low Carbon Steel Tubings with 0.15-0.25 % carbon content with combination of 0.70-1.00 % manganese. Low Carbon Steel Pipes are not as hard as hig carbon steel pipes,Though carburizing can increase its surface hardness.
A106 Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe
ASTM A106 seamless steel pipe could transport fluids or gasses at high temperature and pressure levels, with 3 grades A, B, C, most common used ASTM A106 Grade B is widely used in the projects of oil and gas refineries, power plants, petrochemical plants, boilers.
Alloy 2507 (UNs S32750) is a super duplex stainless steel containing 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel. The steel has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Commonly used in chemical process, petrochemical and seawater equipment.
