St 37 steel is a low-carbon structural steel commonly used for manufacturing various structural components and mechanical parts. Its most common equivalent grades are the U.S. standard AISI 1008/1010 or the European standard S235JR.
Prepainted galvanized steel coil is a kind of colour coated steel coil (PPGI coil). It uses galvanized steel as the base metal. The zinc layer offers strong corrosion resistance. Plus with painting, it is more durable than galvanized steel.The metallic coated steel then experiences some cleaning procedures, pre-treatment solutions and ultimately gets multiple layers of organic coatings, including laminates, vinyl dispersions, and paint. Q195 Cold Rolled Steel is a Chinese plain carbon structural steel, yield strength: 195 MPa, tensile strength: 315-430 MPa, material density: 7.85 g/cm3. “Q” is the first letter of Chinese spelling of “qu fu dian”, the translation is “Yield Point” or “Yield Strength”, “195” is indicates the unit value “195 MPa”.

Galvanized coil, a thin steel sheet that is dipped into a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, in which rolls of steel sheet are continuously dipped into a bath of molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This steel sheet is also manufactured by the hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the bath, it is heated to about 500°C to produce an alloyed coating of zinc and iron. This type of galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
