Q235 galvanized pipe is a hot-rolled or cold-formed steel pipe, made from Q235 grade steel (minimum yield strength of 235 MPa), which is subsequently hot-dip galvanized to provide a protective zinc coating against corrosion. It is widely used in construction, fencing, water/gas conveyance, and structural applications.
Q195 galvanized pipe is a surface galvanized sheet with yield strength of 195MPa.

DX52D galvanized pipe is manufactured from DX52D grade steel strip, which offers good formability. After forming and welding into a pipe, it is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection.

G550 Galvanized Steel Pipe refers to high-strength structural pipes manufactured from G550 grade galvanized steel coils or sheets through forming and welding processes, followed by hot-dip galvanizing. The "G550" designation indicates the base material's minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, making it part of the ultra-high-strength galvanized steel series. This product combines exceptional mechanical properties with superior corrosion resistance, suitable for heavy-duty structural and engineering applications.
DX51D Galvanized steel pipe has low melting point, good fluidity, easy plastic processing and welding, and is resistant to atmospheric corrosion.
Compared with ordinary black (non-galvanized) seamless pipes, hot-dip galvanized seamless pipes offer superior corrosion protection, extending service life in harsh environments and reducing maintenance costs.

Hot dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron substrate to produce alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating can be combined. Hot galvanizing refers to pickling the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the steel pipe surface, after pickling, the steel pipe is cleaned in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed ammonium chloride and zinc chloride aqueous solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of even coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
